A phone call to highlight and discuss your main health goals. I will identify how I can help and if I am the right health professional for your needs. This is a time to ask any questions you may have about health coaching and the process involved. This call can also be used for supplement advice.

Initial COnsultation

$149

75 mins

An initial consultation, up to 75 minutes long. We will go through your health history form together, delving into a number of areas of holistic health relevant to your health concerns or goals. Near the end of the appointment, I will give discuss nutrition and/or lifestyle recommendations that are top priority for you. Your wellness plan will then be emailed to you within a week.

Follow-Up ConSULTATION

$75

45 mins

An appointment to follow up on health goals and progress. We will review your goals, make any changes, discuss any new developments, and set new goals if needed.

Email and text support are available between follow up appointments. 

HAIR TESTING

$149

A testing procedure that combines principles of energy medicine, biofeedback and bioresonance. It can rapidly detect stress reactions and energy imbalances in the body, providing a leading system for body analysis.

Tests available include Food & Environmental Sensitivity Test, Comprehensive Nutrition Test, Heavy Metal & Environmental Toxin Test, Comprehensive Women's Health Test, Comprehensive Men's Health Test and Sleep & Mood Test.
